forged aluminum process and CNC machining for optimal fatigue life.         
The shot peen finish condenses the inner structure of the metal,                  
relieves internal stress caused by machining and creates a stronger,           
longer lasting product without significant weight increase. Aluminum        
prosthetic components have an adjusted weight capacity of 220 lbs.
